We recognise the importance that our software security, and elements of its functionality, will have as part of the controls and processes that our customers will be required to implement in order to meet their own GDPR obligations.

To support this, MaxContact has undertaken
a mass review of all its policies, procedures and documentation in line with our new responsibilities under GDPR.

All our staff are trained at induction, regular refresher courses are provided every six months and background checks are carried out for all staff who have access to data.
