As a growing B2B brand – backed by private equity firm FPE Capital – we’re on an exciting journey. After over a decade in the industry working with software solutions that didn’t tick all the boxes for our clients, we developed our own SaaS platform and launched MaxContact. We’ve experienced strong year-on-year growth and have exciting, ambitious plans to grow our business and the opportunities for our team in the next three years and beyond.
With 60+ staff, this is a time of growth. MaxContact is driven, and we want to become the challenger in a robust and mature marketplace, and to do that, we need to be agile and innovative.
As a small growing company, you will be part of the team, everyone has a voice, and we make this work together. We regularly provide feedback and brainstorming sessions, and we don’t enforce hierarchy; it is “us”, not “them”, and there is no red tape, agility is key.
Our ideal teammate would have experience in developing product-centric marketing communications and campaigns. They would be an energetic, positive and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. With the support of the head of marketing, you’d be responsible for helping develop the product proposition and messaging to create demand for our contact centre software.

Our ideal teammate would be an energetic, positive and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. With the support of the head of marketing, you’d be responsible for the helping drive pipeline in the team, so naturally, you’ll be analytical and results-driven.
