MaxContact provides customer contact centre software that helps contact centres across the UK to build smarter customer experiences. As a growing B2B brand – backed by private equity firm FPE Capital – we’re on an exciting journey. After over a decade in the industry working with software solutions that didn’t tick all the boxes for our clients, we developed our own SaaS platform and launched MaxContact. We’ve experienced strong year-on-year growth and have exciting, ambitious plans to grow our business and the opportunities for our team in the next three years and beyond.

The Team:

With 60+ staff, this is a time of growth. MaxContact is driven, and we want to become the challenger in a robust and mature marketplace, and to do that, we need to be agile and innovative.   

As a small growing company, you will be part of the team, everyone has a voice, and we make this work together.  We regularly provide feedback and brainstorming sessions, and we don’t enforce hierarchy; it is “us”, not “them”, and there is no red tape, agility is key. 

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal teammate would have experience in developing product-centric marketing communications and campaigns. They would be an energetic, positive and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. With the support of the head of marketing, you’d be responsible for helping develop the product proposition and messaging to create demand for our contact centre software.

Key responsibilities:

Although all the below experience is great if you have the right skills and attitude to succeed in the role, get in touch.

  • Experience delivering B2B product marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on generating revenue
  • Experience researching customer needs and drivers
  • Translate product features and benefits into customer value
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from competitors
  • Create compelling content for product collateral, website, and social media channels
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training
  • Encourage platform adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics
  • Analyse marketing data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Experience & skillset:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing in a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Energetic, positive and proactive individual
  • Experience closely working with sales and product teams
  • Product and customer research
  • Experience working with a CRM, targeting and segmenting audiences

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing digital campaigns to generate revenue. You’ll be joining a small, but mighty (and growing) marketing team. Our ideal teammate would be an energetic, positive and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. With the support of the head of marketing, you’d be responsible for the helping drive pipeline in the team, so naturally, you’ll be analytical and results-driven.

Key responsibilities:

Although all the below experience is great if you have the right skills and attitude to succeed in the role, get in touch.

  • Experience delivering B2B campaigns (SaaS would be great) and initiatives focused on generating revenue using many channels.
  • Extensive experience managing paid search and social for demand generation campaigns focused on revenue generation
  • Maximised results using aggregators and affiliates
  • Developed demand generation strategies and planned the best tactics for your audiences and the buying journey
  • Reporting and optimisation of campaigns
  • Website conversion rate optimisation

Experience & skillset:

  • Excellent team working and communication skills 
  • Google & Bing PPC management
  • LinkedIn – organic and paid
  • Other Social Channels
  • Salesforce
  • Pardot
  • WordPress
  • Google Analytics, data studio and (not essential) PowerBI
  • Website CRO experience
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time 
  • B2B SaaS (Ideal, not essential)
