MaxContact is a fast-growing SaaS company entering the next phase of exciting growth. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy – turning awareness into demand and revenue.

The marketing team is at the heart of our growth strategy. Marketing here isn’t just lead generation – it’s pipeline creation, brand building, and commercial impact. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants to make a real difference and grow with the company as we transform how businesses engage with their customers.

About the role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own and lead all digital channels – from paid media and SEO to CRM and website performance. Your job is to drive demand, optimise conversions, and keep MaxContact ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly around AI search and buyer journey evolution.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Brand and content Lead, Product Marketing Lead, Sales, and Product teams and be supported by specialist agencies to execute at pace.

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute MaxContact’s digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth and pipeline contribution goals.
  • Identify and test new digital growth channels – including the evolving impact of AI search and LLM-driven content distribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to support the entire buying group across the funnel.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Own our CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot | Salesforce).
  • Design nurture journeys and personalised campaigns that move leads through the funnel and into Sales-ready status.
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and sales alignment to ensure quality pipeline generation.

Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Own website UX, SEO, and technical management (alongside web dev agency).
  • Continuously test and optimise the site for conversions (landing pages, forms, trust signals, CTA performance).
  • Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve lead capture performance.

Paid Media, Social & Search

  • Manage paid search, display, retargeting, and social media advertising (Google, Bing, Pmax, LinkedIn).
  • Manage organic social aligned to content calendar.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI-driven search trends to adapt and future-proof our strategy.

Analytics & Performance

  • Develop dashboards and reporting for key metrics (GA4, CRM, Ad Platforms).
  • Track KPIs like CPL, pipeline contribution, website conversion rates, and paid media ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive marketing decisions that directly impact growth and valuation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Brand & Content teams to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Manage third-party agencies and freelancers with a focus on outcomes, not outputs.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or tech digital marketing roles.
  • Paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pmax).
  • SEO and website optimisation expertise (WordPress, SEMRush).
  • CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven marketing.
  • Understanding of how AI and search innovation are reshaping digital marketing.
  • Test & learn approach to CRO and channel management.

Nice to Have

  • Agency or freelancer management experience.
  • Knowledge of ABM tools and strategies.
