We seek a Partner Marketing Manager to build, execute, and optimise marketing programs with and through our technology, reseller, and strategic partners to accelerate growth and strengthen MaxContact’s position in the CCaaS and AI ecosystem.

About the role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner Marketing Manager in Manchester (two days in the office, three days flexible).

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive partner engagement and growth.

The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, enablement resources, and demand generation programs with partners. This role bridges strategy and execution – you’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and partnerships teams to drive pipeline, expand partner engagement, and ensure measurable ROI from partner-led activities.

  • Demand Generation: Build and execute partner marketing campaigns (webinars, events, digital campaigns, ABM, content) that generate pipeline and raise awareness aimed at mid-market and enterprise companies and technology decision makers.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop toolkits, case studies, pitch decks, and training sessions that empower partners to effectively position and sell MaxContact solutions.
  • Partner Engagement & Growth: Strengthen relationships with marketing teams at channel partners, creating repeatable programs that drive loyalty and performance.
  • Events & Sponsorships: Plan and manage MaxContact’s participation in partner-led events, trade shows, and joint sponsorship opportunities.
  • Communications: Deliver structured partner communications (newsletters, updates, portals, training) to maintain engagement and alignment.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, track ROI, and report on campaign impact and partner pipeline contribution.
  • Budget Management: Oversee partner marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure that partner marketing supports overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 4–6 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS/technology (CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, or comms tech highly desirable).
  • Demand Generation: Hands-on experience and proven track record of building integrated marketing programs (digital, ABM, events, campaigns) for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of resellers, VARs, distributors, and technology alliances, and how to activate them for growth.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Content & Enablement: Ability to create compelling partner-facing collateral, co-branded content, and case studies.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing partner marketing funds and reporting on ROI.
  • Tools & Tech: Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms – HubSpot & Salesforce.
  • Bonus: Experience with ABM strategies, AI/CCaaS sector knowledge, or global/regional partner programs.
