Chirple offers bespoke customer contact solutions that deliver targeted and effective lead generation and appointment bookings for businesses across the UK. Chirple chose to replace their on-premise, inflexible dialler with MaxContact’s cloud-based, secure outbound engagement solution to revamp their offering.

The challenge

Chirple had been using an on-premise dialler, which had worked for them for many years but was becoming increasingly inflexible. Additional challenges included problems working across multiple locations, an inability to scale, slow script creation and insufficient dashboards and wallboards. Chirple also needed a solution with a high level of data security to meet their client expectations.

Our flexible, cloud-based and secure outbound engagement solution ticked all of Chirple’s boxes from the outset. With GDPR being at the forefront of their mind, MaxContact’s Microsoft Azure hosting provided the standards of security and compliance Chirple needed for themselves and their clients.

Our high-performance, cloud-based platform means Chirple can easily operate from both their

UK and Tenerife based offices. MaxContact’s built-in dashboards and wallboards are able to provide all the data they need to operate efficiently, wherever they’re working.

MaxContact and Chirple continue to work together to secure new business deals and have previously worked in partnership to secure a contract for one of Europe’s largest motor dealer groups.
