The challenge

Utilita was using an on-premise dialler solution for several years which initially worked well but, over time could no longer keep pace and became problematic. Issues included a frozen software release with no new features or bug fixes, a lack of hardware resilience, a bespoke configuration that demanded technical knowledge to manage and multi-site functionality that was extremely difficult to implement.


The solution

Over the years, MaxContact’s outbound engagement and call dialler solution has become an integral part of Utilita’s business; generating a large percentage of their new business sales, while also handling inbound calls from customers and prospects.

Utilita now enjoys security, resilience and compliance as standard as our cloud-based outbound engagement platform has Microsoft Azure built-in. The platform is easy to scale to

meet Utilita’s growing needs, with no hardware or resource limitations.
