In July, we held our first MaxContact Family Summer BBQ! The weather was scorching, we had great food and even got to see our CEO dressed as a dinosaur…!?

In other news, some of the MaxContact team climbed another mountain in Q3 (We climbed Snowdon in May – you can read about that here). We tackled Scafell Pike in the Lake District this time!

In Q2 we launched a number of new features in our customer engagement platform, including…

🏷️ Tag Manager

Assign specific names, descriptions and colour coding to help tag campaigns, users, teams, lists and queues. 

📝 Reporting Refresh

We spent some time updating the look and functionality of our report viewer for a better experience when reporting

🍏 Wellbeing Reports

We added 2 new reports specifically designed to give our users information on the use of the new Wellbeing feature.

💼 Manager Portal Improvements

We updated our Manager Interface across the product including admin and web agent interfaces. 

🎯 Customer Satisfaction and NPS 

You can now create even more customer satisfaction and net promoter score questions off the back of a web chat interaction.

Charity

A group of keen footballers from MaxContact took part in a 5-a-side tournament in September. This was to help support OnSide Youth Zones – a charity who help children, teenagers and young adults with learning disabilities. While it wasn’t our time to be 5-a-side champions, everyone enjoyed the evening and most importantly we raised money for a great cause.

So far this year, we’ve raised almost £10,000 for our charity partners! 🙌

New starters

We welcomed a number of new starters into the business across support and development this quarter, including Sam Williams, our new Head of DevOps.
